-You are a bachelor or master student in Human Resources or a related field
-You have great interpersonal skills and you love to socialize with colleagues of other departments
-Highly interested in the distribution sector
-You work independently; you are flexible and willing to learn new things.
-Good knowledge of languages (Dutch, French, English)
-Ambitious and eager to develop professional skills

o Selection of potential candidates based on their resume and an initial contact over the phone
o planning of interviews
o planning of personality and reasoning tests
o observation of interviews based on skills
o participation in assessments
o requests for offers and contracts
· Do you want to participate in projects specific to the department Talent Acquisition? Example:
o The selection of our international trainees or our future store directors.
o Employer Branding projects
o Projects closely linked to our selection tools or processes.
