Your responsabilities

Your task will be to help non-technical departments efficiently use a suite of automated marketing tools to set up multi-channel marketing campaigns including mailings, microsites and surveys. On everyday basis you’ll be in contact with both business and technical staff based abroad. You’ll be asked to set up new campaigns based on business requirements as well as help users solve any tool-related problems and understand advanced features of the tools.


Managing automated marketing tools used within StepStone to enhance user engagement and communication
Supporting business departments in setting up multi-channel marketing campaigns
Handling technical issues reported by users
Maintaining knowledge database (tutorials, good practices) to be used by business departments

Our requirements

Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of JavaScript
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Knowledge of any programming language
Very good English skills, both spoken and written
Experience as a Web Developer or Business Technical Support will be an asset
E-Marketing or Marketing Automation knowledge is a plus
