• You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Management Assistant trainee, you will be of vital importance to the optimal functioning of our Managers’ secretariats.

This varied traineeship includes, among others, the following tasks:

    • Electronic agenda management (making appointments, organizing internal and external meetings,…)
    • Handling correspondence and organizing mailings
    • Filing and document management
    • Answering internal and external phone calls
    • Collecting information from traditional and electronic media
