To strengthen our Development Center @ ARHS Developments we are looking for a Software Development Project Manager/Teamleader being involved in the entire application development life-cycle from initial offer to management of specifications, development , testing and production.

Tasks

• Further detailing of the estimates (based on the offer), planning and scheduling of the project goals, milestones and deliverables
• Setting up and configuring the development and test environment and all the necessary frameworks, tooling, artifacts, etc. in collaboration with the business/client.
• Supervise, motivate and coach the software engineers who are part of the project, coordinate and monitor their tasks.
• Management and monitoring of the project
  • technical resource planning,
  • proactive management of technical risks (with customer or internally),
  • management of technical issues and changes,
  • escalating all situations that might have an impact on quality, availability of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, provide and present progress reports.
• Being responsible for the quality of the developed software based on the technical design and oversee the implementation of the required processes, guidelines and best practices.

We expect from you:

• University Degree or Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences.
• At least 5 years’ experience in software development
• Proven experience in successfully leading a software development project in Java
• Strong project and people management skills
• The commitment to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Experience in JEE developments
• Knowledge of WebLogic
• Fluency in Dutch and English
