– You are currently studying in order to obtain a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business administration, HR, or any relevant field and you are looking for a gap year or final year internship; – You are autonomous, proactive and organised, you are able to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities; – Outgoing, you are at ease with building new relationships; – You are computer-literate and have a good command of Ms Office (PPT, Excel, Word); – You are fluent in English and have a good level in French. Any other language could be an asset.

Within the HR department, you will join our young and dynamic recruitment team. You will be in charge of the welcoming/onboarding process of our new joiners, as well as to participate in challenging projects. Your tasks can be summarized as follows: ##Make sure the new hires are properly welcomed in their respective departments, by preparing emails to their teams and introducing them to their departments, coordinating their first day together with the Training department, etc.;
– Enhance the engagement of our candidates by establishing or keeping contact with our new hires as of the time they accept a job offer and till they actually start the job;
– Contribute to the update and the improvement of our website designed to provide to the new hires an insider’s preview of your company’s environment and culture;
– Be creative and suggest enhancements of our onboarding process and our attractiveness;
– You could also be involved in other HR activities linked to onboarding/recruitment depending on our needs.
