The baby food division in The Netherlands, Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, has been specialized in the field of baby nutrition for more than 90 years. We are present in the market with 3 strong brands: Nutrilon, Olvarit, and Bambix.
For the Human Resources department of our baby food division in The Netherlands, located in Zoetermeer (next to Rotterdam), we are looking for an HR intern (for at least 6 months).
During this internship, you will contribute in the daily work of the Benelux HR function and will get a broad understanding of all main HR processes and ways of working in a leading international company. You will learn to work effectively in the virtual Benelux HR environment with the 2 markets – the Netherlands and Belgium.
Additionally, you will take a lead for a few impactful projects on the organization level, and will play a central role in a few HR processes:
-Learning & development:
Implementation and coordination of the Danone Corporate Learning & Development tool
Keep an overview of the followed training and control the budget in cooperation with the HR Business Partner
Coordination of people development processes like Individual Development Plans and Performance & Development Review
Together with HR Business Partner roll out Employer Branding Strategy for the organization
-Fully responsible for the coordination and optimization of the Danone Nutricia Induction Day
-Bringing the internal communication to a higher level as part of a change process: identifying HR processes and ensure that all information reaches the employees through different channels
