To join our team you will need:
Masters’ degree with emphasis on marketing/ business
Post graduate in marketing, business or organizational development is a plus
Ideally 1-2 years experience on fast moving companies ( preferably online, social media mobile) or agencies ( focus on digital and ATL)
Knowledge and skills
Online, Mobile, Social media and IT literate
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing
Strong affinity with data and analytics tool
Being familiar with online data analysis, tracking and reporting
Project Management experience
Rigorous, Highly motivated and results oriented
Ensure follow up
Good communications skills
Be able to operate under pressure
Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
Fluency in English – written and spoken
