The Finance Trainee will be split in two positions Store Trainee (7-10h) & Accounts Receivables Trainee (10-15h).

The successful candidate will have an excellent presentation, good written and verbal communication skills.

This individual will have a passion and alignment with the mission, vision, values and operating principles of the hotel.
Purpose of the role
He will support the supervision of the flow of goods, the management of the stocks and inventories, and organization of the distribution.
Main tasks:
• Coordinates orders and deliveries
• Organizes and supervises the internal distribution of goods to different departments
• Ensures processing and handling
• Administration
Main tasks:
• City Ledgers
• Communicating with customers/clients
• Administration
• Key skills and qualifications

– Excellent communication skills in English and French
– Strong spoken and written communication skills
– Excellent presentation
– Team spirit
– Show enthusiasm and initiative
– Good working knowledge of MSOffice (mainly Excel)
– Good administration skills
– Quick learner
– Tidy, organised and thorough
