As a Client Service Associate you will:
Collect and control a set of information or documents from Clients
Validate and control the information received based on set procedures and market/regulatory intelligence reports prepared by Deloitte Tax & Consulting
Complete electronic forms using collected information and based on Clients referential data externally sourced / stored on the Deloitte network
Monitor and report on work in progress using formal planning and task tracking tools
Interact with the Deloitte Network, Clients, Service providers (e.g. translators) and Luxembourg and other foreign Supervisory Authorities
Prepare and follow up on meeting minutes; and draft activity reports for the Clients
Prepare and follow up on invoices and financial Key Performance Indicators
