« We are a Hyderabad, India and San Francisco, US based start-up focused in the augmented reality & virtual reality industry. We provide augmented reality solutions to a bunch of industry verticals including retail companies; where more specifically, we provide a virtual fitting room where our users can virtually try on different clothing items. We collect information such as the shopper’s picture and size, in order to create an accurate virtual image where shoppers can see how a dress would look on them without having to actually put in on. The technology was showcased at London College of Fashion in 2014.
We are a team of five: one founder and four developers located in our office in Hyderabad. Our office is located at the campus of International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, a very tech-oriented campus where companies such as Microsoft and Google have located development centers. We were awarded NEXT B2B award by Global Shapers, Frankfurt in 2014 and have been featured on the Economics Times TV show “Pioneering spirit” as well as the BBC and the IBM Smart Camp for India.
We are looking for a trainee to help us with our business development efforts. You will work closely with our product development team and will be in touch with our clients. You will also be entrusted with the prospecting and attracting new users, converting them into paying customers. You will report directly to the CEO and have lots of freedom and opportunities to seize. »
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Maintain close contact with users and converting them into paying customers
• Work closely with our product development team providing customer’s feedback
• Build marketing campaigns
• Implement and manage Facebook and Google Ads
• Mainly in Hyderabad, India and partially in San Francisco, USA (optional)
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• $ 250 USD/month (covers accommodation and food in India)
• Can lead to a full-time position
