You assist our Capital Markets team in the administrative and operational tasks of the department.
Among others, you see to the organization and management of the diaries, collect and organise information,
manage the clients and properties database, you draft standard letters, assist in the organisation
of clients events (international fairs, local events, …), organise travel arrangements, are
in charge of the administrative follow up of files.
You provide high level administrative support and manage incoming and outgoing communications
for the CEO of CBRE Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland with discretion and judgment during the
maternity leave of his Personal Assistant.
You have a Bachelor in Office Management and a minimum of 2 years of experience. You are polyvalent,
rigorous, well organized, can manage time efficiently and are goal oriented. You are able to work
in a fast-paced team environment, take initiative, and are confident in your abilities. You have excellent
verbal and written communication skills in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus.
You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) and Internet. Knowledge of
Adobe (InDesign, Fireworks, Illustrator, PhotoShop,…) is a must.
